Homeopathic research

  • I support evidence-based medicine. Homeopathy, as a modality, is currently hugely underfunded in research, and there are many misconceptions in the mainstream media — particularly the claim that there is no evidence that homeopathy works. In fact, the opposite is true! There is a wealth of evidence and peer-reviewed papers, including 346 randomised controlled trials (the gold standard in medicine), demonstrating the benefits of homeopathy.

Of course, there is still work to be done, and it is happening. Exciting research into the mechanisms of how highly diluted remedies work is ongoing, with biochemists and physicists across the world exploring this fascinating area.

Be assured that there is a large global homeopathic community of patients, scientists, and healthcare providers who are advocating for and working hard to advance this system of medicine. Below are some links to resources and organisations doing this important work. I encourage you to have a look — whether you are curious, interested, or even a little sceptical about homeopathy.

Please also follow my blog, where I will be discussing research findings and sharing newly published studies to make the evidence accessible and easy to understand.
