Welcome
I am a fully qualified Homeopath registered with the Society of Homeopaths. I have over 13 years of clinical experience, practising in Hertfordshire and, more recently, supporting clients online across the UK and internationally.
Homeopathy has been part of my life from a very young age. For more than 27 years, it has been my family’s primary system of medicine. Seeing the positive impact it had on those closest to me inspired me to train professionally, and I graduated from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London in 2014.
More recently, to complement my homeopathy qualification, I gained an MSc in Health Psychology. I am deeply interested in understanding why we become unwell and why each person experiences illness so differently. This is what draws me to homeopathy as a healing modality — its focus on the individual and their unique expression of disease lies at the heart of the approach.
I primarily take a classical homeopathic approach when working with clients. I can also offer advice around nutrition and occasionally prescribe homeobotanicals (potentised herbal supplements) where appropriate. I work with people of all ages and from all walks of life, and I have had the privilege of supporting some families for many years.
I have a strong academic interest in women’s health, particularly the menopausal transition. I prefer to focus on the word “transition,” as menopause is exactly that. It is not a disease or a deficiency, as the popular narrative would seem to suggest. This is not to say that the menopausal transition is symptom-free; indeed, it can be an extremely challenging time for some women, and homeopathy can offer valuable support. I hope to write more blog posts about this soon, so do watch this space.
Whatever your concern — big or small — you are very welcome.
